Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 10 days of receiving the item must meet the following criteria :1. Defective items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. 2. The size/color of the item received is incorrect. 3. Unused items do not meet your expectations within 10 days of receipt. Items that cannot be returned We will not accept returns if:

1. Items outside the 10-day warranty period. 2. Used or misused items. Note: All returns must be authorized by our team through the Support Center. Returned items without a Return Form (RMA) will not be accepted. Return process and time frame Please follow our return process carefully to minimize any delays :1. If your item is returnable (see above), please submit a ticket at our Support center stating your: Order number Product name

2. Our Customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Form (RMA) along with our return address.


3. Please return the item as instructed on our RMA form and send us proof of return in the form of a tracking number and a valid return receipt.


4. Once we receive the return, we will email you and arrange an exchange or refund within 3 days.




Please allow our after-sales team to process your request within 3-6 business days. After that, please note the following refund times:


For credit card refunds, please process the transaction within 7-14 business days.


For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.


For wallet refunds (store credits), please allow 24 hours to update your account.






Return shipping and address




Our goal is to provide services that benefit all of our loyal customers. All of our other global customers can come back to our warehouse. Please be sure to contact us before returning the item to submit a return order to obtain the rma form (Return Authorization) with the relevant address.




1. All freight borne by the customer. This includes return or exchange shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping charges. We recommend that you use the cheapest registered airmail.
